I always thank for those experiences because without it, I wouldn't be me. I wouldn't be as stronger as I am today. Be thankful for it. Embrace it.
Do a WORKOUT routine.Guess what, if you don't allocate a certain time to do this...you are eventually making time to get illnesses in yourself. Every exercise tell our cells that they should grow, so that we can do the the things we need to be done in the whole day. In doing the workout routine, the endorphin high relieve stress and do alters negative state of mind. The tendency is will keep on going because of that extra energy.
Take time to READ.Just like our body, our mind need exercise too, by feeding information that eventually result to carry on an interesting, intelligent conversation. Take time to read and I recommend the e-books from Supreme Wealth Library.
Blend it with MUSIC.Avoid music that let your feeling down. If you turn on the radio then the song is the theme song with your ex... if still you haven't move on change the vibe by looking for another station. If you have moved on, sing along with it. Because of that music you are who you are now!
DIET, diet, diet.This is the hardest part also... But knowing on what and how we eat affects our body, energy, and mood (inside and out), its time to think twice.
